Is Neutrily® like other parenting apps?
No, Neutrily® is a service, not an app. Unlike apps where you directly message your co-parent, Neutrily® uses virtual PAs to mediate communication. Only essential information is passed on, reducing misunderstandings and conflict while keeping everyone on the same page.
What does the virtual PA do?
Your virtual PA manages email communication, filters essential messages, and updates a shared calendar accessible to both parents.
How is the shared calendar managed?
Your virtual PA sets up and updates the calendar based on agreed parenting arrangements. Changes require approval from both parents to ensure transparency.
Is my information secure?
Yes, Neutrily® keeps all communications secure. Messages between you, your co-parent, and your virtual PA are saved securely.
Will my co-parent see my personal messages?
No. Everything you send to your virtual PA is private. Your virtual PA acts as a neutral intermediary, or mediator, reading your messages and relaying them in their own words. Only important and essential communication is shared between co-parents. Your co-parent will never see the original message you sent to your virtual PA. Likewise, when your co-parent sends a message, your virtual PA will relay it to you in their own words, ensuring it is factual, neutral, and respectful. Your peace of mind is the top priority for our virtual PAs.
How much does Neutrily® cost?

How quickly does the virtual PA respond?
During working hours, virtual PAs aim to respond within 15 minutes of receiving an email from you or your co-parent.
What if my co-parent sends a high-conflict communication?
Our virtual PAs screen all communications and only pass on factual and essential information. High-conflict emails that lack important details will not be shared, protecting your peace of mind.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes, Neutrily® offers flexible plans that can be adjusted or cancelled with notice.
