Description of Services
Neutrily provides co-parenting support services through:
Mediated email communication to maintain neutral and respectful interactions.
SMS notifications to ensure timely updates.
Additional features like telephone support and a shared calendar (Premium Plan only).
Subscription Plans:
Basic Plan (£9.99/month):
Includes mediated email communication for two users (you and your co-parent).
Plus Plan (£19.99/month):
Includes all Basic Plan features plus SMS notifications.
Premium Plan (£49.99/month):
Includes all Plus Plan features, telephone support, shared calendar access, and support for three users (you, your partner, and your co-parent)
If applicable, your partner’s name, email, and mobile number.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Neutrily.
You must not have any legal restrictions preventing contact with the co-parent, such as a restraining order. This service is intended for individuals with parental responsibility.
Billing and Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly.
Refunds are only issued in cases where we fail to provide the service for technical reasons and are limited to one month.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Communication and Content
Neutrily mediates and rewrites emails to ensure neutral and constructive communication.
SMS notifications remind users of important updates or pending responses.
All communications are moderated but not guaranteed to resolve disputes.
Data Collection and Privacy
We collect and store user information as outlined in Section 3.
Messages sent to Neutrily and the reworded versions sent to co-parents are stored securely.
Third-Party Services: Neutrily uses OpenAI, Make.com, Gmail, Twilio, SendGrid, Airtable, Webflow, and Gandi to provide its services.
Neutrily complies with GDPR regulations, and users can request data deletion.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Neutrily strives to reword emails to the best of its ability but cannot guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of the communication.
Neutrily is not liable for damages arising from the use of its services or escalated disputes.
Neutrily is not responsible for external disputes or outcomes resulting from mediated communications.
Indemnity Clause: Users agree to indemnify Neutrily and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from misuse of the service or third-party disputes.
Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of their messages and communications. However, Neutrily has the right to store, process, and reword this content solely for the purpose of delivering its services.
Termination
Neutrily reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse or non-payment.
User data is retained unless explicitly requested for deletion by the user.
Service Availability and Support
While Neutrily aims to provide consistent service, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
Customer support is available via email at help@neutrily.com. Response times may vary but are typically within 48 hours.
Disputes will be resolved through mediation in accordance with UK law.
